Of Valleys.

Recently, I commented to a friend who was going through a tough period of her life;
"It is when you reach the valley, that you start climbing up".

Sometimes, people hit rock bottom.And then, they realized that they couldn't go further down.So, why not start ascending?And going up?
That's when they start climbing up.Slowly perhaps.But up nonetheless.

Sometimes, people hit rock bottom.And they stay there.They also realized the same thing, that they couldn't go further down.But, the looked up and starting finding reasons not to start climbing up.

And then, they started being comfortable in the valley.
It has become their comfort zone.And when people are in their comfort zone, it is always hard to step out of it.
The reason being is simple.

Because we fear the unknown.

How can we start conquering our own fear?

Valleys.
Nothing can break me.Except myself.
I will be on the peak and will be seeing you there.
