This is what I got running for 2 hours 56 minutes and 6 seconds.
That and the knowledge of how smug I can be at times. Confidence is good. But not when it's spilling all over the place. I thought I would be fine with two legs and one heart. Not really. I am lucky I didn't get carried off the race in a medic van.
Still, finishing the half-marathon was a surreal experience. Even now.
