Of All The Stupid Things

We think we are unfortunate.When we chip our nails.Missed the bus.Got scolded for nothing.
Basically.When "bad" things happen.

But, really.How "bad" is BAD?
Got hit by a bus?Lost a million bucks in shares?Finger cut off?Head injuries resulting in a five year old mentality?Lost an eye.Can't hear anything.Become dumb.And mute.?
How "bad" is our bad actually?

Is everything relative?
How do you judge?How certain are you that you are the most unfortunate person in the whole world?

And, when you feel that way.Is there someone to pick you up?Let you know.No matter how bad it is, it is going to be all right.Everything.Is.Gonna.Be.All.Right.
A little hug.A little whisper.

Is that all it takes?To take away the blue?

How often have we appreciated the hugs?Is the appreciation a five minutes appreciation?Where you feel so grateful for that person at that point of time.But the next moment, the person is taken for granted.How often have we take things for granted?How often have you think it is a right to be treated right?It is the obligation of other people to treat you good.Do you think that we have the right to demand the love and care of people?That they should treat us in a way expected by us?How often do you expect someone to act in a certain way, at a certain time?
If yes, do you appreciate the fact that they actually oblige it?If not, would you appreciate them better because they do so even without you demanding it?

We all have categories of people in our life.Families.Friends.Lovers.Do you think your family should act in some way?But, not your friends?Do you think you can shout at your sister?But not at your friend?Do you think your lover should go out and buy supper for you at an ungodly hour because you are hungry?But, not your dad?Or your mum?
Why?Because they fall into different categories?Is that why?

Why can't we just love someone simply?
Because everyone deserves the happiness that is theirs.
This world is sad enough as it is.Can we be a little a more appreciative?And be a little more happy?
