Of being away

Seems like it has been quite some time since I wrote my last post.
The past weeks have been pretty tight for me. In the sense of scheduling. I think I pretty much have a fixed schedule going on nowadays, which is good in the way that I don't have to think too much on what to do, and have a better focus on getting things done.
But, it is pretty bad in the way that I have always kind of hated routine.

Once again, love the stability. Hate the routine.
Anyway, during these busy busy bee life, I have kind of noticed an interesting thing.

I can't help but feel that a lot of us are becoming more and more of the person we don't like. It is an irony isn't it?
We complain about these type of people all the time. We blog our rage on meeting these kind of people. We pull our hair, gnash our teeth, stomp our feet, curse and swear when we see these people.
And yet, I find so many of us really turning more and more to become these people.

Just for one example.
I have always kind of think that it is rude not to at least say a good-bye when ending off conversation.
Like - Gtg. Or See ya. Or I am sorry, I got some stuffs that I need to do, so talk to you some time later.
You know?
At least some kind of indication that the conversation has ended, and I am off to doing my things. Stuffs like that.
But, I find myself not doing it a lot of times these days.
Irony. I wonder how many people hate me for that. Well, not exactly hate. But find it irritating, sitting there waiting for a reply or just not knowing whether I am still there.
No?

I am sorry. Don't ignore me and don't stop looking me up for chats, ok?
I would tell you I am working, if I am indeed working. And would be up for any stupid little nonsensical chats if you are up to it.
=)

Also, I have kind of decided to finally get my first dSLR. A Nikon d80 to be precise.
Scoured the internet, and think the cheapest is USD900 something. Was actually thinking of getting a d40x or d40. But then, after some consideration, I think I would just invest in a pretty good one so that it can kind of help pay for itself in the near future.
Ambitious? Hmmm...well, no harm there right?

I actually considered getting a car with that money. But then, after asking some friends, even for USD1,500, it is pretty rare to be able to get a reliable car. *sigh*
So, balancing things out here and there, I decided to invest it in the camera.
I am still thinking about it first. Pretty huge sum of money there for me. So, don't dare to just splurge it.
(Lucky that my credit card limit is only USD500, or else I would have got it)

That's just a quick update right now. Will try to write more in the following days.
I am kind of in the middle of packing and moving to a new apartment right now. The apartment I will stay in the next one year!

Sugar mummy huh?
Good suggestion. Maybe I should put up an ad in the Classified section.

Sugar mummy needed.
Will financially support a 23 years old college student from Malaysia to pursue his photography interest.
Pros: Can be his model once he gets a Nikon D200.
Requirement: Rich. VERY rich.
(He will probably want to get some "kits" to go with his Nikon D200.)

*grin* Wonder if anyone would respond.

Putting that aside, yeah, D80. I am really thinking of going for it. The car mar...I don't know. Right now, I just think it's not a good choice. *sigh*
Kind of at a lost actually.

Maybe I'll really put up an ad.
